Mt. Everest Expedition

Sir Edmund Hillary and late Tenzing Norgay became the first climbers under Sir John Hunt's expedition team to reach the summit of Mt. Everest together in May 29,1953 by the south Col route. This route is technically straight forward and risk involving.

The World's highest mountain, Mt. Everest (8848m) is known by the name of Sagarmatha in Nepal and Chomolungma in China.

Everest base camp is situated on the Khumbu glacier at the height of 5455m.Normally, the climbing duration of the expedition lasts for 3 months. After crossing the Base camp you can climb for camp 1.

Camp 1 (6400m): It is located at the flat area of endless snow-deep crevasses and mountain ridge. During the daytime this place is warm due to direct sun's reflection. At night we hear the murmuring cracking sounds of crevasses beneath your tent. From here we have to walk camp 2.

Camp 2 (6750m): This camp is located at the foot of the icy Lhotse wall through which we have to walk ahead amidst the violent, raging winds and sometimes cloudy weather.

Camp 3 (7100m): This camp is adjoined to Lhotse wall. After climbing the Lhotse wall by using fixed rope and prior acclimatization we proceed to camp 4.

Camp 4 (8400m): This is the last camp of the Everest Expedition. From here summit is 500m, distance far. It is the final and dangerous part of the climbing. Here, the wind blows violently. The normal route to reach the summit is through the narrow south - east ridge and it precedes the south summit 8700m.

Cho Oyu Expedition

This mountain is the world's 6th highest mountain. It is located at 8201m just west of Everest and Lhotse along the Nepal-Tibetan border. Cho-Oyu is ideal for those who are interested to scale 8000m peak from Tibet . It is less risky and technically less demanding. The summit is a long way at the far end with huge snow fields.

Camp 1 It is locates in a saddle at 6,400meters, at the base of the north-west ridge. The trail to camp 1 is loose scree and stone covered ice with some snow. it is often referred to as the "horrible hill" and is nearly always accomplished in mere hiking boots.

Camp 2 is located just above a sloped section at 7,000 mts.

Camp 3 is located on the northwest ridge face at 7,450 mts.

Shisa Pangma Expedition

Shisa Pangma, Known in Tibet as the mountain over “the grassy plain” is considered to be one of the worlds easier fourteen 8000 mountains peaks. It is the only 8000mtr peak located in the whole of Tibet . After an early attempt, it was first climbing in 1964 by a Tibetan Chinese expedition and was opened to foreign climbers in 1978. Shisa Pangma is known to be an “easy” 8000m. Mountain and People have decended it on skills. The skiing and snowboarding are best in the camp1 ands camp 2 areas. Above the camp 2 plateau, it is very rocky, icy and a fall here would surely result in a fatality.

Best Season – SEPT-OCT

Camp 1, lies in a huge almost flat snow field that is cut by narrow but deep crevasses, although sometimes they are well covered. There are several options for the placing of camps from this points. The route crosses the rest of the flat glacier then climbs. Usually this broad slope has ropes fixed up sections of it. It could avalanche in bad conditions. Above is the huge area with a gentle ridge. We will probably put a camp here at firs, then perhaps more further along after staying for the first time.

Camp 2 is further along and almost under the face of Shisa Pangma, near a col.
